Refusal of Packages: If you or a representing party refuse a package, you will be responsible for all of the delivery charges and be subjected to a 50% restocking fee.
Lost Packages: On rare occasion a package may get lost in the mail. If this happens, we will do our very best to help you locate it and assist you in any way to file a claim with the shipper. If you would like insurance on your order, please contact us so we can accommodate you at an extra charge.
Fraud: Fraudulently reporting that a package was not received or any other scheme intended to obtain money or property under fraudulent pretenses is a federal crime.

We handle and ship packages Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00pm Central time
Our handling time on most items in our local Warehouse is the next business day after payment has cleared.
